WordRake Officially Releases Version 1.3 | WordRake

SEATTLE, WA – August 22, 2013 – Seattle-based WordRake® officially releases WordRake® Version 1.3, the newest version of its editing software for clarity and brevity.  WordRake 1.3 provides compatibility with the 32-bit version of Office 2013, and all versions of 64-bit Office on Windows 8.

WordRake intelligently “rakes” documents within Microsoft Word and suggests edits to eliminate or rephrase unnecessary words. The company has been on a roll with new technology, having debuted WordRake Version 1.2 in June with Windows 8 compatibility and Enterprise Licensing.  Additional releases, including two completely new additions to the WordRake product line, are expected later this year and throughout 2014.

Scott Johns, COO of WordRake Holdings, LLC, commented, “We are pleased to officially release WordRake 1.3.  Given the popularity of our recently released Enterprise Licensing options, we have seen increasing demand for WordRake on the 64-bit versions of Office, so we were highly motivated to provide this expedient update.  With Version 1.3, WordRake is now compatible with all current Windows/Office combinations, and will remain so going forward.   Also, the WordRake engineering team has several other exciting technology breakthroughs on the way.  We invite interested parties to stay tuned over the coming months.”

WordRake Version 1.3 is available free for existing WordRake subscribers.  WordRake subscriptions start at $99 per machine for a 1-year license, with additional discounts available when purchasing longer licenses.  Volume discounts are also available, with tiered savings based on total quantity of licenses purchased.
